Sales & Customer Service Representative

Job Description / Responsibilities

• High volume call center dealing with musical merchandisers and consumers.
• Providing technical support for various audio products
• Building strong relationships with accounts and customers
• Processing and expediting repairs and parts orders
• Processing dealer orders and provide tracking information, sales history, etc.
• Work with others within the company to ensure prompt processing of orders.

Requirements

• General knowledge of music, audio gear and applications
• Strong communication skills
• Good organization skills
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail is a must
• Must be familiar with Word and Excel
• Customer Service Experience / College Degree a plus
