Sales & Customer Service Representative
Job Description / Responsibilities
- High volume call center dealing with musical merchandisers and consumers.
- Providing technical support for various audio products
- Building strong relationships with accounts and customers
- Processing and expediting repairs and parts orders
- Processing dealer orders and provide tracking information, sales history, etc.
- Work with others within the company to ensure prompt processing of orders.
Requirements
- General knowledge of music, audio gear and applications
- Strong communication skills
- Good organization skills
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail is a must
- Must be familiar with Word and Excel
- Customer Service Experience / College Degree a plus
