Job Description / Responsibilities

We are looking for a full-time customer service representative. The Customer Service Representative will act as the first person that customers contact with general inquiries. They will be responsible for providing a response to each customer’s issue, by either resolving the matter at hand or leaving the customer feeling satisfied about the product and brand.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers via e-mail and phone to address and resolve product questions and issues
  • Feel comfortable deciding on how best to respond to each customer
  • Respond in a timely and helpful manner to each customer
  • Help in ensuring each customer’s issues are fulfilled efficiently
  • Act in accordance with the Samson brand to promote the company positively

Requirements:

Requirements

  • Knowledge of pro-audio and/or consumer electronics products
  • Knowledge of social media use for customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers
  • Sensitive to varied customer personalities
  • Strong work ethic and sense of ownership
  • At ease when communicating either via email or phone
  • Mac and Windows proficient
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • A plus if you have previous experience in customer service
