Not all items listed are available for sale via this website. We sell only parts and accessories on this site, to purchase a product please see a local retailer or contact the distributor in your country. Only items that are in stock at the time of order will have a "buy" button shown to make them available for sale. If you can not add an item to your shopping cart (i.e. no "buy" button), it is either out of stock or not available for sale via this website.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order. Sorry, we do not accept checks or C.O.D. orders.
Samson Technologies adheres to standards which promote safe and secure customer transactions. We use a secure commerce server and encryption technology to protect the confidentiality of your credit card number. Click on the VeriSign symbol to view our certification.
Prices cannot be confirmed until you place your order. In very rare cases, an item may be mispriced. The correct price will be verified as part of our shipping procedure.
If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If the price is higher, we will contact you and wait for instructions before shipping.
We may on occasion mistakenly publish inaccurate prices or product information. We retain the right to decide on a case by case basis whether or not to honor or make good on these kinds of inaccuracies.
All orders are shipped FedEX Ground. For faster delivery, you may select FedEx 2Day or FedEX Standard Overnight shipping on most products for additional fees.

Most in-stock orders will be shipped within 5 business days of your order.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation and tracking information via e-mail.
Where We Ship
We ship anywhere in the 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we have the following shipping restrictions:
- Alaska and Hawaii are mandatory FedEx 2Day or FedEx Standard Overnight shipments.
- We do not ship to Post Office boxes.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

TO ARRANGE A RETURN FOR ANY REASON, PLEASE CALL 1-800-3SAMSON (1-800-372-6766) and talk to a customer service representative. Our Customer Service Department is open from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. ET Monday through Friday.
All returns must be initiated within 14 days of your receipt of your order.
If the product(s) you ordered arrive damaged, or are the incorrect product(s), we will exchange them.
For returns with refund, Samson will process your return within three weeks from the day your returned order is received. Refunds will be credited only to the original purchasing credit card account number. It can take another 7 business days before your credit card reflects the credit.
Be sure to save all boxes and packing materials in case you need to return your equipment. The product must be in new condition and packed correctly and completely for a full refund (your original shipping cost will not be refunded). Products which are not returned intact will result in a prorated credit being issued based on the cost of the missing items. Restocking fees may apply if you do not have original packing materials.
We take no responsibility for products lost or damaged during shipping.
