From vintage combo to modern high gain amp sounds, Fire amps give you the tone you want at the turn of a knob. From vintage tube, to acoustic, to solid state thrash metal—Zoom amps have it all. The Fire-15 features 11 great sounding amp models and 18 editable Zoom effects. Standards like Chorus, Flanger, Phase, Delay, and Reverb as well as modern sounds like Ring Modulator and Slow Attack. Built-in memory allows you to save up to 10 of your own effect combinations, or "patches". Recall any setting anytime, including effects and amp models. Preset patches are also built-in that simulate classic amplifier tones. The built-in 15 watt amp drives a 7.8" (20mm) inch speaker providing surprising volume levels. Fire amps also offer four post-effect processing tools: Boost, Sustain, Edge and Bottom. Control knobs allow you to adjust Level, Gain and a three band EQ with Bass, Middle and Treble controls. Fire Amps even have a chromatic tuner built-in, and feature a jack for the Zoom FS-01 foot switch, that allows the user to switch between any two patches in memory. Fire Amps have CD/Aux input, and a headphone/direct output jack, making them great tools for the studio. Zoom noise reduction is built-in, as well as a Power Damp feature for great tone at low volume.
