This return authorization request form for Samson or Hartke products purchased in United States. If you need to service a product purchased outside of United States please refer to international Samson Distributors, Hartke Distributors.

Please note, you have to submit a separate RMA request for every single product that requires service.

Steps To Get Your Product Serviced

    Fill out this form or call 516-870-7200 from 9am to 5pm ET to obtain an RMA number.

    Sorry, we can't accept any Samson Audio product for service without a Return Authorization Number.

    Please pack the product in its original carton if possible. Please include RMA number, your full name, return address, phone number, and email. The Return Authorization Number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the carton.

    Any package received without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

    It’s recommended to send your product to Samson using a courier that allows you to obtain a tracking number for reference.

    Shipping and Service charges:
    Service covered under warranty: the customer will pay for shipping to Samson or the authorized service center. Samson will pay for shipping back to the customer. Repair costs will be paid for by Samson.

    Out-of-warranty service: all shipping and repair costs are the responsibility of the customer.
